7/12 remembers being an ordinary 9-year old girl in the world Before. She remembers smoothies and teddy bears and birthday parties.
Sometime she dreams of her father speaking with her, his gentle voice raspy from years of cigarettes. Every dream fades just before she can hear him speak her name.
But M0THER's voice is always clear.

First Impression
14 years old, breathes loudly, short and curly dark hair, scarred and puckered right jaw, clean as can be.
Closer Look
7/12 tries to keep her tarp cloak over her shoulders. But some who watch her closely in unguarded moments notice the bulky shape of her right forearm, and the shadow of the dark tubes that run beneath her skin from the inner elbow to the armpit.
