Eshmaki

Eshmaki are one of the Families of Beasts. They represent nightmares of Darkness, such as being watched or hunted by an unseen threat. This gives them their nickname, the Lurkers.^[1] The Horrors of Eshmaki are quite diverse, with some looking almost completely human except for one unsettling tell. Others take the form of boogeymen or night-hunting predators, and still others are living masses of shadow.
