Namtaru Flee

The Namtaru makes his Horror clear to see for one victim. The victim is extremely reluctant to remain near the Namtaru and must spend one Willpower point every scene she chooses to interact with the Namtaru. This only applies when it is the victim’s choice. If the Beast locks them both in a cell, or surprises and attacks the victim, she need not spend Willpower, though she will do her best to stay as far away as she can. This Birthright can be used once per chapter.
