The Windfury Sisters

The sisters Hellise Hatelash and Zerynne Hatelash are a pair of Harpy Witches who have risen to prominence in a flock of Windfury harpies off in the south-eastern hills of Mulgore. The two sisters have managed to flock a number of harpies to their side, have secretly built up a large nest together, and now use this as a site to conduct raids on settlements in the area around.
