Jay Lin Qilan is a pandaren monk; experienced brewmaster; teller of tall-tales; and presently a far-roaming traveller around Kalimdor.
She joined together with the party in Bloodhoof Village as they were investigating matters for the Cloudchaser Jewelcrafting business in Thunder Bluff.
Her own involvement in the matter was a falling out with the Venture Co goblins that had seized ownership of a key mine in eastern Mulgore; the main supplier of gems to the Cloudchasers via the Darkmane Mining Guild. The goblins had certain documents in their possession that Jay Lin wished to re-acquire -- and once she had, she pretty quickly bid her farewells and departed.
