Andreas Withers is the head of the magi who reside at the The Sun Rock Horde Garrison of Sun Rock Retreat. He was an elderly mage of Dalaran already when he fell to the undead scourge, and as a forsaken now he has continued his work in much the same effect -- just in a different place, under a different banner.
Word has it that a great deal of the inner detailing of the Sun Rock mage tower, his own quarters in particular, was done at Withers' own behest to evoke familiarity to how he used to have his quarters when he lived and worked in Dalaran.
Andreas is a fairly mild-mannered man, eager to chat and curious to hear what others have to tell him, typically not a stickler for routines or propriety if he feels it can be safely discarded. That said, it is likely the old mage is a bit too used to pulling strings to have things just the way he wants them, and he can quickly grow secretive if he feels backed into a corner.
For a forsaken, Andreas has a surprisingly stocky figure. His eyes are sunken-in and shining of a bright, blue light, and the back of his head has been fixed with bolts that now keep it together, though this is often hidden under both what remains of his hair and a pointed, blue hat -- the latter mainly when he is not in his quarters or his study.
