Carniverous reptillian creatures that are built like oversized wolves. They have excellent night vision and hunt intelligently - using ambushes and pack tactics; they can pose a serious threat but they are not suicidal and will flee rather than risk death. They are native to the Schattenwald and rarely encountered elsewhere.
