Empyrean Order Arcana

The Empyrean Order Arcana was brought about by the unbridled use of magics, the likes of which destroyed the territory of Brune in years past. The order came about as a policing agency to keep in check those magic users that would use the arcane in undisciplined ways. Ways that would bring about destruction and death. The Empyrean Order Arcana are usually brought in to deal with magic users that have caused destruction. They are the final authority on all things magic, or so they think.
