     • Deed - a legal document that serves as proof of ownership. Given by a mayor.

     • Conquest - no official document. Taken by force.
     • Inheritance - a legal document that serves as proof of ownership. Passed down by family.

   • A worker can build 25su/day
3. Materials
   • Can be found or purchased.

Repair

• As a Bonus action: Mason's tools (Strength) - to repair 1d6 + Strength modifier.
• Costs 1su worth of materials.
• Materials are lost of the check fails.

Demolition

• As a Bonus Action: Mason's tools (Intelligence) - Deal x2 damage to a structure with your next weapon attack.
