This chain of windswept storm ridden islands has little economic or military value, a relatively harsh climate for the area and a small population. It is mostly ignored by the major powers and ruled over by petty chiefs and lordlings. These scattered remote islands are another prime haven for Pirates. The First People are very strong in Norshield.
