Big Tom Cutter is the captain if the pirate sloop of war The Devil’s Reach. Supposedly the bastard son of an Etmarch nobleman, he mostly operates near Skull River Bay (which he calls "My Bay"). He Has a reputation as a hot tempered wildcard, and for violating the The Three Guidelines of Piracy with regards to preying on shipping making it's way to Skull River Bay.
A tall, good looking man, Tom is charismatic, bold and a stylish dresser. He often has his pet falcon riding on his arm, a pet which he supposedly can communicate with. The falcon helps him scout his targets and also has a reputation for being nasty in a fight. He is rumored to have an on-again, off-again relationship with Bella Bell
