West Gate

The only official land entrance to Skull River Bay, the gate opens onto the West Road, the only land-based approach to the town. The gate is generally kept open, even at night, and no serious effort is spent on controlling who enters or leaves Skull River Bay. The West Road winds through 20 leagues or so of farmland that serves as the main breadbasket for the town.
