Wise, humble,and scholarly, Father Morales is the senior priest of the Cathedral of Mithras the Risen in Skull River Bay. He is completely devoted to the old church and it's small congregation, and often frustrated by the difficulties brought on by the lack of funds needed to keep it in pristine condition. 

While sharing some moral reservations around the lifestyle and activities Skull River Bay enables, he is also wordly enough to know that the communities of the The Northern Reach would be at the mercy of the The Inner Archipelago without Piracy, so in general he supports ther status quo of the town. 

The Cathedral posses a vast and ancient library, which Father Morales reads incessantly, his lore is legend.
