Circus of Pepin and Breschard
Pepin, a fool, and Breschard, another fool form the core of the Circus of Pepin and Breschard, a travelling circus that circuits the The Thousand Isles but never fails to visit Skull River Bay during the twice yearly Market Festivals.
Their constant travel and the tendency for others to ignore or discount them have made Pepin and Breschard consummate purveyors of information. Those in the know at Skull River Bay know that virtually any piece of information can bought or sold to the two, at the right price.
Their strongman Samuel, is the enforcer for the organization and their knife thrower Rafi has a reputation as a skilled assassin.
