This low, 20 foot wall is several leagues long, spanning the peninsula on which Puerto Lejos is built and protecting the city from the island interior. The wall is periodically reinforced along it's length by strong towers. A single gate, flanked by two strong gate houses provides entry.
Despite the lack of maintenance on display in the town proper, the entire length of the wall is well maintained and well manned. A testimony to the very real danger of raids from the island interior.
