Soot Cove is an industrial area, home to many of the cities factories and one of the power plants. Here the Labor Guild is powerful. It is not that residential but those that do live their days in sweat shops or struggling with heavy machines. There is often a black fog lingering in the air. Sometimes in the back streets it gets so thick you can barely see the end of your nose. It’s a hard, tough place full of the dull horrors of the new industries.
