This neighborhood is slap bang in the middle of the city’s sea front. It’s most famous landmark is the colossal Big Wheel first build under the fascist regime of Calum Hoxha to celebrate twenty years in power. It has since tried to distance itself from its unsavory origins and now attracts tourists from across the known world. The view from the top is spectacular and you can see not just the neighborhood of Beach Front but right across the city. The neighborhood itself is home to all kinds of amusements from Arcades to Casinos.
