Although officially one of the twenty neighborhoods of Albasa City, in reality Greenville is very much part of the swamp. Most inhabited by goblin clans with a small smattering of humans, here the houses poke up on sticks and instead of roads great waterways lead you through the undergrowth. To the north is the city and to the south the deep swamp – an entirely wild place. Greenville is home to goblin radicals and Shamlock warlocks it’s a place that’s almost impossible to police and apart from the brutal justice dolled out by the clans is largely lawless. The goblins appear to reveal in the chaos as giant oared eels pull their water chariots like a boat pulling a water skier. They pass by, shrieking their holy cries as is customary for pilots of these strange craft. The locals have learnt to be resourceful and they can plat the large reeds that grow there to make everything from a family home to a basket.
