This is the largest sea front neighborhood in the city. Lying at the far southern end of the cities sandy beaches it’s a magnet for tourists from across the known world. Just off shore the giant water-butterflies leap from the ocean showing off their brightly colored fins, while inland you can try your luck in casino’s or stumble upon a speakeasy with a magical cocktail barman. Locals have a habit of driving their cars onto the southern end of the beach, showing off their heavily decorated machines whilst sun bathing and socializing.
