Home to City Hall, this neighborhood is the heart of the city’s political and legal life. It is also home to the cities gallows where public hangings are supposed to deter the city’s growing criminal element. All the main political parties have their home here, it is the seat of government and flush with corruption and vice. Decides the gallows, there are a smattering of other more refined entertainments to amuse the curious tourists from the Wax Work Museum that brings to life the famous faces from Albasa’s history to theatres for those too sophisticated for the cinema.
