Death Play are very much Modella worshipers, this has left some of the Tee-hi shop owners searching for an alternative source of protection. The Cold Hearts live to fill that gap in the market. While there aren’t as many shop owners of Tee-hi descent there are enough to still make the Cold Hearts a reasonably powerful gang. They get their name from the fact that they are rumored to keep dead bodies in the freezers of one of the ice cream parlors that they own and use as their gang HQ. True or not, the gang seem to embrace the image, and as a result they also practice a very dead pan or dark sense of humor as a way of showing they are ‘cold’.
