This majority Dwarven state is largely icebound to the north. The largest urban center is Slamba which is carved into the side of the great Akwa mountains. The dwarfs follow a localized version of the religion of Tee-hi. Historically the state has pursued mostly isolationist policies but recently it has opened up to trade in order to get its hands on the new technological innovations of Mixa and Albasa.
