The New Command is a reference to Hoxha, the previous dictator of the Kalhom Empire who was known as the ‘Commander’. The party is openly fascist and regard all non-human races as inferior. They would like to see the current democracy imposed on Albasa by Mixa abandoned in favor of a return to a dictatorship. They would like to install a strong leader who would crush the decadent elements in the city that have arisen since the fall of the empire.
Health: They would remove magic from the Tee-hi hospitals licensing only Modella hospitals.
Education: They believe only humans should be taught at the city’s universities.
Crime: They would create a centralized police force and use it to crush crime in the city.
Foreign Policy: They would like to see Albasa take a strong stand against Mixa and regain the empire – taking back New Pompa and Donanna.
The Economy: They would like to take control of the economy and nationalize production.
Transport: They want to see a state created automotive industry.
