When, nearly 100 years ago, Mixa triumphed in war they broke up the defeated Kalhom Empire into three city states - Albasa State, New Pompa and Donanna. This was a seismic shift in global power. Before that the Kalhom Empire had stood strong for over 1000 years.
It is said that the Kalhom Empire was founded when the warrior god Modella marked the spot as holy as witnessed by one of his believers, thrusting his holy sword into a crossroads where two trade routes met, one heading east and one heading west. Those cross roads where at what became known as the city of Pointridge which today sits in the state of New Pompa. This maybe symbolic as historians now think the empire did indeed extend from the area of New Pompa into what today are Donanna in the west and Albasa State in the east.
