Akan-Aka

A dictator and supreme ruler of Zowa. Over the last two decades, Akan-Aka has managed to create a cult of personality that has enveloped his kingdom. Dissenters were at first exiled, many of them crossing the ocean to Albasa City, now they are simply executed. He rules by fear and has created a vast bureaucracy that encircles his court and makes sure his wishes, no matter how unnerving, are carried out.
