Imland

Imland is a Feudal Realm. Seven decentralized regions vie for regional dominance. As a whole, Imland is slightly xenophobic and slightly authoritarian; there are Lords to rule over the people, but they generally do not meddle much. The seven houses of Imland:

• House Aerwun rules Sumpfland.
• House Somov rules Westal.
• House Georne rules the Pontalg.
• House Cafeld rules Kernland.
• House Baford rules Dreitsen.
• House Wastow rules Osthelm.

Religion in Imland takes multiple forms:

• In the larger cities, followers of the Pantheon may be found.
• In more rural areas, one might stumble upon the occasional Pantheon temple or shrine.
• Generally, those outside of cities either have a vague, unspecified belief about a 'bright, shiny happy place up in the sky' and a 'dark, scolding, miserable place underground'.
• Furthermore, other forms of Paganism are quite common, with certain trees, hills, rivers, or lakes treated with reverence

• Loyalty to one’s friends, family, and own
• Ascetic unworldliness and pious poverty
