I declare that the following report contains the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in the name of Alfredus Sinask.
First Crime Scene: Warehouse, The Grits, Heaton
Witnesses have testified that around noon on the 18th of Midspring, 642 5e, four individuals approached a stone warehouse located in the Grits district in northern Heaton. These suspects have been described as:
- A 'fungal' void elf, henceforth referred to as Suspect A
- An 'infernal-looking' tiefling, henceforth referred to as Suspect B
- A 'brute of a bugbear', henceforth referred to as Suspect C
- A 'ridiculously armored' kobold, henceforth referred to as Suspect D
Suspects A to D entered the warehouse, and "multiple explosions" were reported by witnesses in the following 15 minutes. Guards arriving at the scene later found 13 slain kobolds (all with previous criminal records) and one (1) deceased gnome. Suspects A to D left the crime scene almost as quickly as they arrived.
Second Crime Scene: The Bastion, Downtown Heaton
Suspects A to D showed up around 15:00 at The Bastion, joined by
- A 'statuesque' cloaked figure, later identified as Onyx
- A 'frail lady surrounded by rats', later identified as the Rat Queen
- An intense-looking dwarven lady, later identified as the presumed-dead Glonora, and, more importantly, as the Granite Lord
All seven individuals entered the Bastion, after which an extended fight with security forces ensued. Within less than 10 minutes, the attackers had
- slain 17 guards
- emptied out the vault - with the funds still missing
- petrified Umbrun Orimnar
When law enforcement backup arrived, a fight broke out in the streets in front of the Bastion. Suspect A and Suspect D resisted arrest, and were killed in self-defense by the city guards present.
The 'Rat Queen', 'Onyx' and the 'Granite Lord' were apprehended, along with Suspect C, who has only stated his name is 'Snarls'.
Suspect B escaped the scene, and is still wanted by the Heaton City Guard.
