Administratum. Houses the courthouse, the embassies of the other vals, the Provincial Archives, and the Duomo, the meeting hall of the Vecchi Saggi.
Arena. The grand marble arena is the heart of the city; both geographically and culturally.
The Haggles. This market district sells practical goods from all over the province and has many tailors, bakers, butchers, and stores.
Merchant Row. Focuses on non-essential goods and business, with an auction house and the city bank. It also has quite a few bathhouses, since the Frossans believe that nudity is honesty.
Nuvola. These mansions house the high and mighty of the city.
Perizia. This district processes raw goods into more valuable commodities. It's home to many carpenters, tailors, jewelers, scribes, and smithies.
Residential. Houses the common folk of Frossa.
Temple District. Features temples to Nerwen, Achiël, Zepha and Penem.
University. Lecture halls, dormitories, library and archives.
Upper-Class Residential. Fancy homes for the upper-middle class.
Victory Park. A sizeable park, with statues honoring Arena champions.
