Kalashtar dont have one place in the Material Plane. They have cities in the Astral Sea, in the Dreaming. They work through their 'dream-bond' and congregate. They live in the same societies as their birth parents, but for understanding their bonds with their Quori. Kalashtar are capable of direct communication with their Quori, and at night or whenever unconscious, traveling with their Quori through the Lopais Zuenos.

At 5th level, the Kalashtar may cast Dream once a day. They are able to visit multiple named creatures with the same casting. For the next 8 hours, they can walk through and visit other peoples' dreams as if casting the spell again.
At 7th level, Kalashtar may cast 'Summon Aberration' without concentration as they invoke their Quori to exist in the material for a short period of time. This may only be done once per long rest.
