Appearance
A vial of bright blue liquid that oxidates to blue mist almost immediately after opening.
Use
As an action, the vial may be opened and the poison immediately spreads in a 20ft radius. All creatures that fail a DC16 wisdom save at the start of their turn are under the effects of both the poisoned condition and Confusion spell for the next minute. They can make a new saving throw every time the creature takes damage. The vial continues to release this poisonous mist for the following minute, and each round is a charge.
