Mas'i Ya Utakaso

He brings the rain, would accompany his sister for storms. Be wary if he gets upset or perturbed for if he spills too much, that is when the raging monsoon rains come down & brings devastation.

Summary

Usually seen with a gourd on his head like a water basin. Balanced on his head, he sways and lets loose enough water usually to give life to the land. Modest clothing, looking more peasantry like the people of the land.

Summary

he's the hardest to naturally come across as he will look like any other farmer or land hand. There are stories of cases where when work is especially hard, some farmers will find that their work miraculously is done quicker and at the end of the day's pain they'd have accounted for an extra person who was never there. A dance ritual to bring the rains can work.
