Aramore

City State

The town residing by a succulent forest. This town came about off of a discovery from one of the first Goliath tribes. As tales go, an early Goliath female - seen as frail and weak, had been traveling with her lover. Before her man got himself hurt protecting them both from some of the most dangerous creatures of the Wildlands, he was nary at death's door before she dragged him into the forest at its very center where she supposedly found Blessed Myrtle tree. The Dryad of this sacred tree offered her a wish for such displays of devotion. A wish only to be able to protect the female Goliath's lover from all the dangers that were tracking them down. In response, the Dryad bestowed upon the woman the tree's blessed sap, transforming her body into one strong enough to fight back against the savage animals. To this day, Goliath tribe Nulakathai still does this ritual coming of age ceremony for girls and boys to seek out some tree sap of the forest, though it is said the original tree still hides away deep within the succulent forest.

Predominantly Goliath place, as this place is a common stop for the nomads. Goliaths refer to the resident Firbolgas Passiontrees; for after their clans' first meeting, the Firbolgs tried their damnedest to drive the Goliaths away from the forests. The Goliath's stubbornness in not leaving this place alone has caused the Firbolgs to resign to their cohabitation. Ever since these two clans came together, there has been a strange mutual coexsitance as the Firbolgs keep mostly to the trees & forest while Goliaths built rudimentary houses around the outskirts as a middle ground to vet any traveler that comes through. An accepted traveler is allowed to use whaterv camping space is available or one of the stone huts that a goliath has built but is currently empty. Those that have gained favor with either the goliath clan or the Passiontrees may use the same longhouses that a goliath family uses or using old Firbolg houses grown in, or under, some of the Red-Leafed trees. These tree houses are preferable for many races that enjoy soft incense infused living. the common placement of these types of houses makes it so there are plenty of different safe zones around and inside the forest that many Goliaths know of, and would use for ceremonies or rite-of-age trials. What has perturbed both clans are the sudden arrival and long-term staying of Harengons. The Firbolgs do not know where they have arrived from, the Haringons appeared one day and have been as mischievous as they are helpful as now both Golith and Haringon work to placate any travelers to the forest while warding away some of the larger invasive species to the forest.

There are 3 trials re-enacting the grueling trials the original Goliath had to undergo.

There's an idea of a standard-blessing an true blessing. Standard is the trial all Goliath girls go through. This one is subdued an "acted up." There are real weapons, a dangerous trial of being hunted, and an obstacle course towards a tree an lastly prayer in front of the tree.
