Counteragents. This is a bit of a play on the original name of Arasutrum. Gilded means to be covered in gold. Astrum means stars and constellations and it also is really similar to the original name so it would be like them saying "We're the gilded version of Arasutrum. We are the ones encased in gold reaching for the stars in which Arasutrum never had the arms to reach."
They are rather arrogant.
