Water spiders move as easily through the water as they do across the cavern walls. Though they do not spin webs, they do encase their catch in a fine silk sack to smother and preserve their prey beneath the water. They tend to ignore creatures they are unfamiliar with, hunting only tiny crabs, fish, and similar Underdark fauna.
