Phesier

Phesier's parents on time got lost in the woods during a hunt. Back then, you were to smear honey and fruit rinds on a tree to call them to find your way home. Back then, they were called "Chaukairu," being spirits - after the delivery to your destination you were supposed to make an offering of buried bones and meat - at least by dusk or the day after. If not, then they would forever curse you with a briar path whenever you ventured through the woods. Some people say instead of thorny vines being grown everytime, it was just them nipping at your heels and calfs. 

Phesier cannot remember when the Chaukai-ya came to be, but now it seems that any attempt to summon them the conventional way is marred with a questionnaire; answer wrong, and who knows what happens to you? 

you could come out days later with a scrambled head and strange wispy liquids clinging to your chin, chest, or loincloth, or vanish altogether. 

His mother doesn't like him going outside Villabos gates because of it, while his dad says you need to explore and observe to understand; so it's confusing how to feel about Chaukai-ya. Ultimately, he wants to meet one... nervous as he is about them. 

He has an interest in seeing the Chaukai-ya,

The foldable cloth couild be swapped out for something with a design. Phesier is beaming, happily running around with it!

A young blue-scaled Dragonborn of little note but derives his draconic ancestry and bloodline from one of the highest paladins in the Raganaut clan. Born during the era of lies, young Phesier is the survivor as his clutch as his clutch had been raided by assassins leaving him to be one of three eggs to have a successful hatching. It was seen to be a blessing as he seemed to show early on innate talent for his draconic and constitution foretold to be the finest for leading the righteous army. As such, from two years that he could start walking he was forced to train. With his father and mother Terestria high in the Raganaut clan, lofty expectations were placed on him to replace his father as a paladin of great renoun. Phesier, however, was more taken with the arcane studies over gift of sword. Against his mother's wishes, and with the rising infighting of Raganaut during the era of lies, his father - fearing a future hostage situation - as he had thrown his proverbial hat in the running as next champion of Raganaut.. Phesier was gifted a new chance to pursue his own interests. Raganaut had repossessed the well-known Eshire Orphanage. Now with his name kept secret to only those who could be trusted, Phesier was given another chance to grow as any other Dragonborn child should have - except for the influence of his mother Terestria. His mother disagrees with the father and not just with Phesier's raising but with political machinations still sought to craft the 'perfect leader' out of her son - going on to use her charisma to try persuading a return to Raganaut training camps for perfecting his body and mind first and foremost. Though the trust of newfound allies, Phesier has been able to STRANGELY usurp his fate, and find himself now on a different path. Whether or not he's able to excel in his chosen values or fall back into the bloodline destiny chosen for him remains to be seen.
