Specialist Searching.

Prerequisite; at a place that has a type of available specialist. It's locked to specific city. When you go to a new city you hit up a new specialist but if you return to previous settlement, you still have the specialist you got cozy with.

If you spend seven days, then 25gp per specialist, you could choose a number of specialists equal to your proficiency bonus. get into good standings with a specialist listed here // you may add char level to checks related to specialists' field or discounts to prices and services brought to them by these contacts.

• Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• As part of an attack action, you may throw a net instead.
• As a bonus action, you may throw nets up to a range of 30ft. If it is a critical hit, the target is restrained. Otherwise, it is merely a grapple.
• Attacking at long range or being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on your attack rolls with nets.
• You can release any bindings you have made as a bonus action. In addition, you can use rope or a net on a grappled creature as a bonus action, the creature becomes restrained.

• You may spend ten minutes weaving tools with rope. 
• You gain proficiency with ropes and nets. Proficiency with ropes allows you to add your proficiency bonus to any ability checks you make to craft, repair, or dismantle ropes and objects made of rope such as nets, traps, ladders, and bridges.
• You can add your proficiency bonus to ability checks made when interacting with rope, such as when attempting to remove bindings, climbing with ropes, or crossing unstable rope bridges.
• You add your proficiency bonus plus your Strength or Dexterity modifier to the DC of any ability checks made by a creature to free itself or another creature from bindings, traps, or nets you have made with rope.
• Other creatures have disadvantage to find traps you created with rope.
• You can swing on your rope as a bonus action to move an extra amount equal to half the rope length.

When you are in the thick of it, you can draw the harm away from allies. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• As a bonus action you can choose yourself or an ally in your line of sight, you can target any number of creatures within 30 ft of that person. Each creature makes a Charisma saving throw against your spell DC or a static DC= 8+prof+con mod. For each creature that fails, you gain 5 temp hp. Pass or fail the targets must spend their turns  moving towards you and aiming all attacks at you instead. This effect and the temp hp lasts until the start of your next turn.

You roll a STR intimidation against any creature within 30ft radius. The creature makes a contested insight check. On a failure, the creature is struck with the fear condition and at the start of their turns, must roll a 1d20. On a 11 or higher, they stand shocked in place. On a 10 or lower, they can only run away from you as far as possible until they are no longer under the Fear effect.
