Matthew is a well known scientist and scholar from Avalon. He is a publicly declared member of the Invisible College as well as the founder of the Avalon Institution for the Betterment of Scientific Knowledge]. He has served for many years with the Knights of Avalon and following the recent turmoil in his homeland has recently been promoted to the position of High Knight.
