Cunabulum (literally "the Cradle" in High Magnapuri) is the birthplace of the Magnapuri Empire and centre of the "known world". Though some scholars would argue that Cunabulum is an extension of Luxiterra or Calicacea, it stands distinct both geographically and culturally. Geographically, the Palaan Sea separates much of Cunabulum from Luxiterra. Whether due to the Sea, or simply due to being further Darkwards, Cunabulum is largely colder than Luxiterra or Calicacea, and more forested. Culturally, Cunabulum is home to both the Lizardfolk of Genida and the Magnapuri Empire. Excepting some Suuk tribes in the far Darkwards side of the continent, the majority of Wood Elves have been subsumed into the Empire, though large cultural differences exist between Roundwards and Counteroundwards of the continent within the Elfborn, with many different languages and systems of government in effect.
