The Coven of Neoma is an infamous coven of witches that primarily reside within the Great Hexroot, and are pledged to serve as its protectors. The coven is known to prey on travelers as well as attack settlements close to the borders of the forest. Rather than simply spill blood, the witches of Neoma will instead kidnap large numbers of victims and drag them deep into the heart of the forest, using them for strange rituals as reagents and sacrifices. Many of these victims are forced to consume witching blood, allowing the coven to grow its numbers.
