The Creation of the Peoples

No one knows how long ago it has been since the birth of the peoples, the only immutable fact long having been that once they did not live and then one day, by the hand of the gods themselves, they did. Though their has been no end of speculation as to why the gods created life, be it for power, out of loneliness or some warped kind of love, it's likely that none will ever know the full truth of it, save perhaps for the legendary heroes who faced the Gods themselves.
