Humans are renowned fishers. The seas around Stelport are famous for having the largest quantities and variety of fish, so the industry is always booming. Of course not all humans are fishers, but it is certainly the dominant profession in the capital city of Dekx. The only thing that rivals their love of fishing is their hatred of Elves.
