This coarse black garment is of slightly rubbery cloth in hues of black and gray. While you wear the cloak, you have resistance to cold damage. In addition, you gain the following abilities;
- Your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 1.
- You may cast the spell Arms of Hadar 3 times per long rest, and the spell Hunger of Hadar once.
- While attuned, you may cast the above spells using your own spell slots if you have any.
