Founded in England in 2012 when, at the age of 20, Tiana Davenport took over her local gym from it's Futa owner in a "hostile takeover". Bodyforge Gym has become a nationwide chain of Futa and Female oriented gyms across the United Kingdom. Though males are not explicitly prohibited from gym membership, for one reason or another they do not seem to stay for very long after joining. The original Manchester gym has since been relocated to a more modern and purpose-built location within the city and still serves as the national headquarters for the company and it's subsidiaries.
For the first years of the gym's operation under new management the UK Futanari Houses turned a blind eye to it's operations even as Tiana began a campaign of expansion of her territory using the gyms she acquired as a front for her real business of taming and training both female and futa alike. This activity soon drew the attention of local Futanaric Houses who first attempted their own takeover of Tiana's operations and then, proving herself to be difficult for the minor houses to simply push over, approached the "Founder" of Bodyforge with a proposition that would be mutually beneficial. Tiana would provide a small tithe of flesh to the specifications of the Houses and in exchange they would permit her continued independence and provide support for further growth of the business.
By 2020, there was a Bodyforge Gym set up in most of the largest cities in the UK, largely distributed in the much less affluent northern regions in urban, predominantly working class areas. The Gym's popularity in these areas was boosted by a promise of not only the normal health benefits of gym membership but also an internal apprenticeship program where particularly gifted gym members could be recruited as employees in Bodyforge Gym or one of the corporation's subsidiaries such as Bodyforge Supplements.
Recently Tiana has turned her sights onto expanding the Bodyforge Brand into international markets, particularly the United States of America, although recent political and economic instability within the UK has put such plans into jeopardy.
