Hugo Compton

Hugo  is the Briartown wagonmaker. He has been a kind mentor to the orphans and often gives them money and food in exchange to helping him haul crops from the nearby farmlands to market. Has two favorite donkeys Bim and Rogu, who he has taught to be as fast as race horses if given the proper commands.
