General Information
Atonement of the Stars is a loose collection of mages and academics with the goal of studying magic, divination, and the mysteries of the universe itself. Many scholars have turned to the night sky, attempting to find celestial answers -- however, the amount of theories of magic is almost as great as the number of members in the Atonement, although the differences tend to be just on specifics. AotS keeps a large compound on the island of Faelin, named Grest. It is a large keep with a small village surrounding it, with nearly countless libraries and observatories. Since the Sundering, much of the focus of the Atonement has turned to the sky again. There is much concern and study over the apparent disappearance of the stars in the sky. It is a phenomenon that many have not noticed due to an illusion of some kind, but scholars have noted that the stars no longer move and follow their journeys across the blackness of space.
They have a friendly relationship with the druids of the Coven of Whispers, who focus their study on the natural world. Many attend and learn from both in order to form a fuller view of the universe, both natural and mystical.

AotS' colors are navy blue and white. The faction's badge is a white four-pointed star in front of a navy blue four-pointed star at a 45 degree angle.
