Roanokae is an encampment of the Coalition of the Continent, located around one of the portals connected to the Elemental Portal Shrine. When visiting the Continent, particularly the the Iron Front, the Coalition lands, the Republic of Jagriarius, or the lands of Olog's Pact, this is where one usually arrives first. The camp is gloomy and cramped, cobbled together from whatever things are available to the refugees.
The place is constantly in need of aid, and often threatened by the raiding parties of the Orcs to the north or Goblins, Bugbears and Hobgoblins to the south.
The camp is run by Ajan and Raket, two de-facto leaders of the local and displaced populace. Oukra and Rip live here; the former serves as one of the cooks.

Following the events of Mail Delivery: It's a Bird! It's a Plane!, Roanokae is no longer threatened by the Republican war zeppelin that crash landed to the south of the camp. The machine was scavenged by a Coalition team, and the materials were used to rebuild ruined buildings.
