Daisy, as they are known during the spring, manifested in the faraway fields of the Old World, when a powerful druid called them forth and provided them with a vessel. For long years, they protected the surrounding wilderness and lived in peace with the local rural peoples.
Slowly, civilisation reached these humble settlements, and with them the groves and meadows of Daisy and their brethren. Relentless gears of progress ground nature to exploitable resources, furnace-fires smothered fresh airs, and Leshies were pushed back and horribly wounded. This struggle planted a seed of great ire in many of their hearts, and ire almost lead all of them to extermination. But not all. Some responded to violence with kindness - after all, eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. Daisy was among these rare ones, and thus they didn't close to the sky like so many of their brethren did.
This is when the folly of men opened a demonic rift into the Old World. Everything and everyone was purged by the great fires, and now the landscapes choke on ashes and dust. It might have been the final blow for some, yet Daisy persevered once again. Losing everyone they knew and forced to flee their charred homeland, they still wield their sun-bathed optimism with truly inspiring force.
When the Portal was discovered, Daisy realised that the ambassadors of nature are needed for this great quest of exploration, lest the mistakes of the past are repeated. Technological advancement has its right and proper place in the eternal cycles of existence, just like the lowest worms and the grand parade of seasons have their own place. Instead of meeting this expansion with opposition, these adventurous pursuits need to be carefully curated by those who are in touch with the world, so that peaceful and respectful coexistence could bloom. And, of course, further demonic threats need to be suppressed before more irreversible damage could be brought upon Daisy's friends.
And everyone is Daisy's friend.
They are currently still remaining in First Landing, serving as an NPC, where they tend to the local flora.
