Sendō is the Matriarch, the spiritual, cultural and religious leader of the Unseen Village. The Kitsune turn to her for advice and guidance, and not just because she is an Idyllkin. Despite her great age, she looks rather youthful.
She tends to the pagoda-temple of the Village, which houses the Wall of Names - the place where every name of every local Kitsune is recorded, and the object of great importance for their culture and beliefs.

Sendō
One of the interior walls of the pagoda-temple in the middle of the Unseen Village, which seems sturdier and more permament than the rest. Here, in the light of candles, long and flowy script decorates every panel - Unknown names written in ancient Sylvan. These names comprise a monolithic whole, but the presumably most recent parts feature wide gaps, indicating the missing names that were stolen by the sea Sea Hags. After two of them were slain, these gaps are smaller and fewer, but still present, since 'Yuuko' managed to escape.
