Mother Blizzard

The spiritual leader of the White Kobold Tribe in the Wyrm's Fall. Mother Blizzard is curt with outsiders, and intensely verbose with those that she dislikes. She considers the wellbeing of her Unknown tribe to be of the utmost priority and would have little issue putting down outsiders if they presented even the slightest risk. Just like Father Lightning, she knows the spell to Detect the Taint, and will only teach it to people she likes.
