White Kobold Tribe

A tribe of white Kobolds who live in the Wyrm's Fall, they typically refer to themselves as "Those Who Remain". They are wary of outsiders due to constant incursions by Trolls and Giants of the Bitter Storm Clan, and rarely venture outside of their village without being in large groups. Their spiritual leader is Mother Blizzard. Snikka belongs to this group.
